Nicolas Mouton and Cédric Delvart, both native of northern France, arrive in Paris in 2009 and create La Fourchette du Printemps. Thanks to their experience in big houses and caterers, they get a Michelin star in 2011.

Today, it is in Chantilly that they put their talents at your service at Brasserie La Place, in the heart of the city center, on the market place. For a drink with friends or to taste one of their dishes, They welcome you every day from 7am to 11pm.

The Brasserie La Place is a 2 dining room, 2 floors building with an original and modern decoration that can accommodate up to 125 people and a pleasant sun terrace with 150 seats, a stone’s throw from the racecourse, Chantilly Castle and the Living Horses Museum.

The Brasserie La Place in Chantilly welcomes you every day from 12pm to 3pm and from 7pm to 11pm for service at the restaurant and at any hour of the day for a little hungry.

Our chefs will delight your taste by preparing original and delicious dishes that change each month according to the seasons.
